EXHIBITION GUIDE AND THE FREE ADVERTISEMENT CAMPAIGN

The exhibitions administration conduct an advertisement campaign in the local and international advertising media (TV, Newspapers, Radio, Website, road posters and press)

• The exhibition s administration conduct an advertisement campaign in the local and international advertising media (TV, Newspapers, Radio, Website, road posters and press) to cover the period prior to and during the exhibition.

• Each exhibitor is allotted one page in the exhibition guide. If extra space or additional publicity or advertising material (B/W or in color), its cost shall be added to the participation fee. Exhibitors shall present the material they wish to include in the guide and the logos on CD, using WORD processing software, together with a laser printed copy in the final form. The material should conform to the organizing committee bears no responsibility, whether technical, professional, legal, or moral, for the content of the material that will be published in the exhibition guide. It also bears no responsibility for not publishing the material, in case it arrived after the date specified above.

• The exhibition s administration will provide the necessary facilities for the distribution of company brochures, equipment catalogues and advertising material. It is strictly prohibited to distribute publications, other than those of the participating exhibitors as coordinated with the organizing committee.

• The organizing committee shall provide the exhibitors with a number of invitation, of which 20.000 copies will be printed, designated for official, to distribute to those they wish to invite to either the exhibition or the lectures.
