The organizing committee has allocated a hall for seminars and lectures at exhibition, put at the disposal of exhibitors. The hall can be reserved, by advance requests submitted within a week of the confirmation of participation date.The exhibitor should pay a fee as stipulated in the attached lecture hall reservation form.
